Stockholms Bränneri is situated in an old Jaguar workshop on the island of Södermalm in Stockholm, Sweden. Founded in 2016 by Anna & Calle we are the first craft distillery in Stockholm. The original gin recipe was developed for their marriage.

Stockholms Bränneri was created to pay homage to our own Nordic heritage. Minimalist. Sleek. Contemporary. Every product painstakingly handcrafted. We wanted to create a production with high quality drinkables and make the space available for people to visit to enjoy and learn.

We never stop experimenting, creating different twists on gins, but we have also branched out into aquavit, vodka, apéritifs, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. Always with a sustainable and organic production based on local ingredients with a lot of love given to every single bottle and can. Always with clean and pure flavors that intrigue the consumer.

STOCKHOLMS BRÄNNERI VODKA
A smooth vodka full of character. Made exclusively from Swedish organic winter wheat from local farms, allowed to hibernate during the harsh winter months to create the famous character of Swedish Vodka. After harvest in August, it’s distilled to perfection and then finally copper-redistilled in our prior jaguar workshop with a subtle touch of heather, lemon peel, and long pepper for the ultimate character for smooth sipping but also as a base for classic cocktails.
Inspired by our Swedish Vodka heritage that goes back generations. Bringing the essence of that heritage and craftmanship combined with our modern, urban approach to distillation and flavor development for a unique, modern twist on our famous spirit.

STOCKHOLMS BRÄNNERI DRY GIN
All our gins have been handcrafted on Södermalm in Stockholm. Our Dry gin is a Nordic take on a traditional dry gin that has got its characteristics from 7 organic botanicals - juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, lemon peel, heather, elderflower and rosemary. Our blend gives the gin a delicate flowery taste parallel to the classic juniper and citrus notes. This makes it perfect for the classic gin cocktails, but also ideal to purely enjoy neat or in a Dry Martini. 
Our Dry Gin is available to order to all Systembolaget stores in Sweden and to be found on shelves in about 110 Systembolaget stores.

STOCKHOLMS BRÄNNERI OAK GIN
Our OAK gin is distilled with orange peel and long pepper, and has rested on bourbon barrels to bring a smooth marriage between the classic gin tones with orange and the vanilla tones from the bourbon casks. We call this gin a sipping gin, best enjoyed neat on ice.
It can be ordered to all Systembolaget stores in Sweden and is available in several stores around Stockholm.

STOCKHOLMS BRÄNNERI PINK GIN
Inspired by pink summer skies. Infused with rose petals, rhubarb and grape pomace from urban wine production. A floral but still dry gin. Foraged lingonberries are steeped in the gin post distillation and is giving the gin its subtle pink color and some fruitiness. Makes a great Gin & Tonic but is also perfect for a Dry Martini. The taste of Swedish summer made for enjoying during summer nights. Our Pink Gin is available to order to all Systembolaget stores in Sweden and to be found on shelves in about 125 Systembolaget stores.

STOCKHOLMS AKVAVIT
This is our akvavit. Inspired by Swedish midsummer.
For us akvavit is the Scandinavian gin, Stockholms Akvavit is infused with dill flower, caraway, fennel seeds, and elderflower. Also with classic gin botanicals such as juniper, and coriander to create the perfect marriage between akvavit and gin.
Our Akvavit is available to order to all Systembolaget stores in Sweden and to be found on shelves in about 90 Systembolaget stores.

Our Navy Strength Gin is made with the same botanicals as our Dry Gin. Made for mixologists that want that extra boost of flavors.

STOCKHOLMS APERITIF - RÖD
Based on fortified Swedish, organic, apple cider infused with rowanberries and our fav roots for the perfect balance between bitter and sweet. Orange peel, gentian root and marsh-mallow is part of what gives the tasty notes. Great to enjoy in a spritz with sparkles or tonic water.

STOCKHOLMS APERITIF - SVART
Based on Swedish apple cider fortified with our Dry Gin which is infused with tons of medium roast coffee from Aadel Kersh, our friend and coffee guru, together with lemon, Nigella sativa, cacao, oak, cedar and gentian. The intense note of coffee is balansed with a complex herbiness, a round sweetness and a light bitterness

NEGRONI ROSA
This is our summer version of the everlasting classic. Created by blending Stockholms Bränneri Pink Gin with a fantastic rhubarb vermouth from our friend Charlotta at Spriteriet, and our in house aperitif Stockholms Aperitif - Röd. A light, delicate, and refreshing summer cocktail ready to be served. Pour over ice in your fave Negroni  glass and enjoy in great company in the shade of a tree.

MARTINI
The martini is one of the most iconic cocktails of all time. We give you our Stockholmian version, made from a perfect ratio between our dry gin with character from juniper, heather and elderflower, and Spirteriet dry vermouth, with character from handpicked wormwood, sugar kelp, wild oregano and bog myrtle. Both products produced in central Stockholm. Stir over ice for 30 seconds and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with an olive. Best enjoyed in good company.

WINTER NEGRONI
One of our favorite cocktails is the Negroni. This is our warming take on the everlasting classic, inspired by Swedish midwinter. Made from our Dry Gin, Röd and Christmas bitters together with cold pressed cherry and blackcurrant. Best enjoyed in good company by the fireplace, straight over ice, or why not heated on a cold winter day.

PINK PALOMA
A nordic twist on one of our favourite Mexican refreshing cocktails. Based on our Pink Gin, our signature grapefruit soda and hand pressed limejuice. Dip the rim of the can in sea salt and sumak to create an irresistible serve straight from the can. Tones of grapefruit and a perfect balance between sweet and sour. Lightly carbonated and served in a beautiful 250 ml “stubby can” with full open top for the perfect straight from the can experience.

APPLE PUNCH
A refreshing cocktail combining a match made in heaven between akvavit and apple. Made by steeping our Dry Gin with apple pomace from our cider friends Brutes, and then mixed with our akvavit and then lightly carbonated. Complex and refreshing tones from crown dill combined with sweet apple. Served in a beautiful 250 ml “stubby can” with full open top for the perfect straight from the can experience.

DRY & TONIC
This is in our view the perfect serve of a Gin & Tonic. Made from our Dry Gin, a neutral tonic water and then modified with pink grape fruit and rosemary distillate to create a sensation of our already garnished signature serve. RÖD SPRITZ
Our favourite spritz refresher for warm summer days. A full nordic twist on a classic spritz made from our Stockholms Aperitif - Röd, our signature tonic and apple wine. Complex bitter notes from rowan berries in the aperitif a perfect balance with sweetness from apple wine. Lightly carbonated and served in a beautiful 250 ml “stubby can” with full open top for the perfect straight from the can experience.

SPICY PINK PALOMA
A flavor explosion of pink grapefruit, lime, and chili. Chill well and enjoy. This is an non-alc version of our Pink Paloma mixed with our Pink Gin. We now added some chili for that extra cocktail sting. Before you open the can; turn upside down and dip the edge in lime juice and a sumac/seasalt mix. Now it is ready to be opened and enjoyed.

NON-ALC AMERICANO
A refreshing take on the classic alcoholic version with bitter notes. Made with pressed cherries & black currants, orange & lemon, balanced with gentian and wormwood for the perfect balance between bitter and sweet. Chill well and enjoy in good company!

WINTER SPRITZ
After all that sweet glögg it is nice with a refreshing, fizzy winter cocktail. A light and refreshing twist on our warming Winter Nogroni. Made with cherry and black currant cordial, juniper berries, our special Christmas bitters, and wormwood. All this, lightly carbonated, inside this cute, stubby can. Enjoy ice cold directly from the can or pour over ice in your favourite glass.

As a reaction to the Covid-19 pandemic we started to turn our heads and tails from gin production into hand sanitizer.
Our hand sanitizer is rehydrating and has a light scent of gin.
