The summer cocktail to surprise your guests with!

30 ml Apéro Aperitif
30 ml dry vermouth
30 ml fresh lime juice
20 ml simple syrup
Soda water
Ice
Lime wedge, for garnish

Shake the Apéro Aperitif, vermouth, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a lime wedge.
