The perfect midsummer cocktail made by Myles McCarthy, using our Stockholms Akvavit and Stockholms Aperitif - Röd.

PICKLED MIDSUMMER
- 3 cl Stockholms Akvavit
- 2 cl Stockholms Aperitif - Röd
- 2 cl Honey Water (10:1)
- 3 cl Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 cl Pickle Juice*
- A dried dill sprig for garnish

Shake the above with ice and double strain into a Nick & Nora glass, garnish with dried dill.

*The pickle juice is made from the botanicals of our Akvavit - juniper berries, angelica root, coriander seeds, heather, elderflower, caraway & fennel seeds, that are mixed together with water, apple cider vinegar and sugar.
