SEA BUCKTHORN SOUR
45 ml Dry Gin
30 ml unfiltered apple juice
30 ml sea buckthorn cordial with honey and vanilla sugar*
20 ml egg white or aquafaba (for a vegan option)
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass.
*Sea Buckthorn Cordial (enough for 10 drinks)
Dissolve 0.5 dl (50 ml) honey in 1 dl (100 ml) water.
Then add 1.5 dl (150 ml) frozen sea buckthorn berries and 0.5 tbsp vanilla sugar.
Blend until smooth using a blender.
