GIN ALEXANDRA
Our take on a Gin Alexander is made with our Pink Gin, white chocolate and cream.
Ingredients
1 part Stockholms Bränneri Pink Gin
1 part melted white chocolate
1 part heavy cream
10 ml egg white per serving
Freeze-dried raspberries for garnish
(One part equals 30–50 ml depending on the size of the serving glass.)
Preparation:
Gently melt equal parts (by volume) of white chocolate and heavy cream over low heat.
Grind the freeze-dried raspberries into a fine powder using a spice grinder.
Separate one egg white.
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake first without ice, then again with ice.
Double strain into a stemmed glass, dust with raspberry powder and serve.
