We have created a few new servings for our Pink Gin’s fifth birthday. Perfect for the updated recipe of the gin.

PINK GARDEN BRAMBLE
50 ml Stockholms Bränneri Pink Gin
25 ml fresh lemon juice
15 ml simple syrup 1:1
Top up with 10ml summer berries simple syrup*
Basil leaf for garnish

Shake gin, lemon and neutral simple syrup with ice. Strain into a glass full of crushed ice. Drizzle the summer berries simple syrup over the crushed ice and garnish with a few basil leaves.

*Summer berries simple syrup:
Bring even parts sugar, water, and mixed summer berries to boil. Let it simmer for ten minutes. Strain.
