Springs sweetest event has arrived - come and join us for an evening of “Cookies & Cocktails” in Brännerian!
We have partnered up with our talented friends Krümel - Cookies & Crumbs, Doughnut Disturb and House of Maillard to create a unique menu for the evening, matched with incredible cocktails by Adrian Holmberg! The spots for the two seatings on May 6th & 7th will be released Monday April 13th at 10am.
Meet Kudzai, the founder of Doughnut Disturb who started at home with a delivery service during the pandemic, now with her own shop on Norrtullsgatan and collaborating with some of the best in the industry. Her dream is to shake up the Swedish fika scene, providing Stockholm with high quality doughnuts that push the boundaries of what we expect from a doughnut. If you haven’t tried her doughnuts yet, this is the perfect way to start!
Kaja created Krümel - Cookies & Crumbs in April 2021 to bring cookies to Stockholm. The lack of great cookies, paired with Swedish people’s love for sweets made her develop a unique range of delicious and special cookies. Krümel is well known for their viral cookie hits such as Crumb Brulée, Semla Crumb and the classic Milk Choc Chip cookie. Krümel means crumb in german, and for Kaja and the team this stands for enjoying and sharing something special together.
Candy founded House of Maillard in 2024, driven by a deep obsession with perfecting canelés using traditional methods and exclusively copper moulds. What began as a pursuit of precision has since evolved into her favourite creative outlet—one where she explores flavours, aesthetics, and new ideas with curiosity and intent.
Canelés are both exacting and unpredictable, and it’s this very contrast—the caramelised, crisp shell giving way to a soft, custardy centre—that continues to draw her back, batch after batch. Currently without a permanent location, this is the oppertunity for you to finally get your hands on one of her fabulous canelés!

SEATINGS: 5pm-7pm and 7.30pm-9.30pm
PRICE: 795kr per person
