On Friday the 14th of July we will be taking over the bar at our friends Växthuset!
Join us for a special evening with a 7-course dinner with matching drinks package - concocted by our talented Food & Beverage manager Myles McCarthy and the inspirational foraging expert Nikki Sjölund, @neonatur.
We will be showcasing some of the wild weeds and flowers that can be found in the forests at this time of year, with new flavour combinations in your glass and on your plate.
What: 7 course dinner with matching drinks package (5 cocktails, 3 alcohol free cocktails)
When: Friday 14th of July, First seating: 17-19.30, Second seating: 20.15-22.00

Växthuset is a plant based fine dining restaurant situated under a bridge that connects to Södermalm in Stockholm. They share the location with the biggest night club in Northern Europe; Trädgården / under bron. Working with seasonal ingredients sourced from the surroundings of the region and the nordic countries, they are striving to connect with the local farmers to ensure the quality of the vegetables we serve. Nature itself is one of their other big suppliers when it comes to the seasonal ingredients in use, foraging for the first green leaves in spring and flowers and other herbs in summer through autumn when they harvest mushrooms for the restaurant. Their mission is to deliver a meal that will tell you a story about their place, their terroir.
At Brännerian we also strive to work with local ingredients in our cocktails and on our plates. As a distillery and a bar, we have the ability to capture the seasons through distilling processes, saving a flavour for use at any time of the year. For this evening with Växthuset we have been foraging and working closely together with Växthuset to bring out some new exciting flavours in your cocktails, picked only a few miles from the place where it will be served.
