- 50 ml Stockholms Akvavit
- 10 ml Grapefruit sherbet*
- 20 ml Cucumber juice
- 10 ml Lemon juice
- approx 40 ml Soda water

Shake all above but the soda water and strain into wine glass. Top up with soda water. Garnish with dill flower.

* Cut of the peel of a red grapefruit. Put the pieces of the peel in a jar and cover with sugar. Let it sit over night and you'll then have a syrup of the sugar and the oil from the peel. Add the juice from the fruit and stir.
